These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cladly (https://www.cladly.bio), including our website, dashboard, and hosted link-in-bio pages (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cladly.

Cladly is an online software platform that lets you create and publish profession-themed link-in-bio pages, manage links and content blocks, view analytics, and use optional AI-assisted tools on paid plans.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. During beta periods, features may be offered at no charge or with different limits than published pricing.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or infringing content
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive schemes
• Send spam or collect personal data without lawful basis and consent
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security of the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish through the Service, including profile text, links, images, and subscriber data you collect through your page.

You grant Cladly a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content on your public page and for complying with applicable laws, including marketing, privacy, and data-protection rules for any email collection or contact forms you enable.

Cladly offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless canceled.

Checkout, payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation, and subscription management for paid plans are provided by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and policies.

Prices are shown before checkout and may change for new purchases. If we change pricing for an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Some plans include AI-assisted tools for skins, SEO suggestions, and page enhancement. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish.

AI usage is subject to monthly credit limits per plan. We may throttle or suspend AI access to prevent abuse.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law.

You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though some provisions of these Terms will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business results from using your link-in-bio page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cladly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Cladly in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email where appropriate.

Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
