This Privacy Policy explains how Cladly ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Cladly (https://www.cladly.bio).

We build tools for creators and professionals to publish link-in-bio pages. We only collect information needed to run the Service, improve it, and support paying customers.

6. Public pages and visitor data

Content you publish on your link-in-bio page is public by design. Visitors may view your profile, links, and any information you choose to display.

If you enable newsletter signup or contact forms, you act as the controller of visitor submissions collected on your page. We process that data on your behalf to deliver it to your dashboard and, where applicable, export tools.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences, and security.

With your consent where required, we may use analytics tools to understand how the marketing site and product are used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect login and core functionality.

8. Data retention

We retain account and page data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain backups.

You may delete your account from settings. Some logs or billing records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@cladly.bio. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can update account details in dashboard settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.
