Refund Policy

How cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for paid Cladly plans.

Last updated: June 15, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for paid Cladly subscriptions.

Paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. Your payment method will show a charge from Paddle or the payment descriptor shown at checkout.

2. Plans covered

This policy applies to recurring paid plans such as Pro and Studio, purchased monthly or annually through our website checkout.

The free Launch plan does not involve payment and is not subject to refunds.

3. Free trials

If a free trial is offered at checkout, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

When a trial converts to a paid subscription, the first charge begins the current billing period for refund purposes.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing.

After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period after cancellation, except where required by law.

5. Refund eligibility

Because the Service delivers immediate access to digital features, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

We may approve a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged after canceling and we or Paddle can verify the cancellation timing
  • A duplicate or erroneous charge occurred
  • You request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge for a new subscription and have not made substantial use of paid-only features
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law in your country

6. How to request a refund

Email support@cladly.bio from the address on your account. Include your account email, plan name, charge date, and a brief reason for the request.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

8. Taxes and invoices

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by Paddle. Invoices and receipts are available through the billing portal linked from your account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version on this page applies to purchases made after the updated date shown above.
